Ehm, not sure about what to do. kChamp has kinda moved to Steam to get things going smoothly there. You could try to email him at SSLSteam@shellshocklive.com , but I am not sure if he would help you (since you are still in SSL2). Sorry about your misfortune. .-.
Support "Team" = 1 person who is working on another game Chances of getting help soon = Very Very Low
The only solution I can suggest you is to Email Kyle. It is highly unlikely that you will get a refund, considering kChamp is working on the Steam version. P.S. This isn't scam or bad service, simply a glitch. You might want to wait for a few weeks and see if you received your weapon packs.
Thank you for information, even if it is not scam, but it is a bad support service since this game is not free (I paid more then $100 in this game) can you please tell me where can I find the email of Kyle ? Thank you.
As far as I know it's kchamp@kchampgames.com . Also, the Steam version has absolutely no micro transactions, meaning the weapon packs you bought for (and even more aspects than that) will be obtainable for free. However, some weapon packs' weapons haven't been implemented such as WP7, so you might wanna ask people around and see if the weapons you want are available on Steam. The game is still in the beta phase, but I suggest you to think about its purchase. Thorough information at: http://www.shellshocklive.com/
Well, that's why you don't spend money in SSL2. Things could happen. Jalapeno lost his lifetime deluxe because of it. Honestly, I got to p10 lvl 36 just by playing it out. I spent $0.00, and still got that level, and two weapon packs (5 and 6, occasionally deluxe). It isn't worth it to spend money on a flash game. However, it IS worth it to spend $15 on a Steam version which won't glitch away your progress. Compare the two options, and make the choice: Buy everything again for $100+, or a much higher quality Steam game for $15. I'll leave the choice to you.
The chances of there ever being another ssl2 update are probably VERY small. SO i wouldnt hope on it. As for "support" idk who runs that except maybe Kyle who is preoccupied with steam
