    I noticed partition doesn't work in rebound. You hit the bumper, when you hit someone, it still does 0 damage. Not sure if this has been officially addressed.:/

    It hasn't applied a (+5) bonus for bumper, 2x, or portal shots since it was made as well.

    It probably has the same problem like it did with Saw Blade, because it doesn't do damage to yourself either.
