   I will put the AIs on level one and they have weapons I dont even have and im lvl 71!!!!!!!! I cant even get a kill when they have full upgraded weapons I cant even get! Please help me and tell me if its like that on purpose or not

   It's on purpose, the AI's get the weapons that they would have at that level, but the highest tiered ones.
