how do I get rid of that pointer?

that thing... I don't know how to get rid that thing. when I click somewhere, it always back to that aim position, and I can't change that aim position with my arrow keys. someone, please help me....

 

This game isn't really controller ready yet. This among other things needs fixed for controller users, just make sure your controller isn't plugged in or you can go to setting and disable controller.
