1) Stay active. We keep track of every single player in the clan and if necessary we do kick inactive players. Perhaps we might have more overall points if we didn’t kick people, but we don’t like having players who quit the game on our roster. Please, tell us before you take any extended vacations. We won’t kick you if there’s a death in the family or if you need to take a break to study for finals.
2) Participate in our Skype discussions. You might notice I say the word “we” a lot, this is because we are not just a clan, we are a community. Joining 1337 means joining our Skype conversation.​

3) Offensive language is not okay. That is to say, language that negatively references a group of people. Swearing and profanity is fine, as long as it is not overly excessive, however we are a very diverse community, with members from all different countries and backgrounds, and you never know who you might offend.

If you are still confused, I will be very blunt and list a few words you should think twice before saying.

-Nigger
-You get the idea.
4) In general, play with a sportsmanlike manner. Remember, it’s just a computer game. Don’t be an ass, and it’s always nice to say “gg”.

There is also no posting screenshots on any sort of public page or forum of a post-game report where you did considerably better than someone in another top clan. It makes us look bad and only starts more conflict. If you see someone in another clan doing this, just ignore it, it makes them look bad. Posting friendly screenshots (“Wow, nice game darx! You did really good!”) are fine

In general, just use common sense. Think to yourself, “how would this make 1337 look to other players?” and then act accordingly.
Requirements For Joining 1337:

-Language: We are primarily and English speaking clan, and as such you must have knowledge of the English language in order to join. English does not have to be your first language, but you must be able to fluently communicate with other members without using a translator. We aren’t going to make you pass an immigration test, but if you can barely speak English you might want to look for a different clan.

-Experience: You must have experience with Shellshocklive2. No, I'm not talking about how much exp you got in total and tank coins. I'm talking about how good you are and how well you play.
